Using the State Administrative Tribunal November 2003

This paper was presented by Lee McIntosh as part of the EDO’s Lunchtime Law series. It looks at the provisions of the SAT Bills which provide for a single Western Australian administrative body to review/appeal decisions currently undertaken by the countless tribunals and disciplinary bodies in the State.
